At this time, there are no advance or online bookings / ticket purchases that can be made with the Promotional Card. However, the Promotional Card is redeemable at participating locations at MGM Resorts destinations.
If you suspect that someone has copied, lost or stole your Promotional Card, contact Customer Support immediately at 877-596-2317 or visit Customer Support. Promotional Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Promotional Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly.
